Never got a chance to install it was too tall and interfered with a dead-bolt above it. Too bad because it's very attractive and seems well made. Loved the hidden numbers, they are invisible until you use the lock. Really wanted to have the fingerprint part.Product overall is very easy to use, pretty cool wow factor as well. The only downside and the reason I gave it 3 stars is because when it gets hot (the sun light or hot days, any day in summer) it will state unlocked but the latch won’t work. The product states it is for outdoor entry ways so it should be able to handle the elements. This product does not. Making it useless for about 6 months out of a year.Love all the features this lock has and when you include the wifi bridge it even alerts you to anytime someone enters your home using either the keypad or finger print or e-card pass key. Love seeing when my kids get home so I know their safe and arrived on time per their curfewsFingerprint readers a little finicky and just measure your deadbolt lock to make sure you have clearance you might have to move your DeadpoolFrom outside it stopped working. Wire came unsoldered on inside.Hola, me gustaría recibir apoyo del proveedor, hice el primer pedido llego en buen estado, solo que al ponerla la agarradera que va por dentro tenía un juego que no permitía ni abrir ni cerrar, tenía un sonido raro, hice la devolución del producto, (aún estoy en espera del rembolso) y bueno confíe nuevamente en la marca y adquirí otra, sin embargo sigo con el mismo problema las manijas de adentro no se puede cambiar de posición, bueno las deje como esta de fabrica hice modificaciones a mi puerta para instalarla y por fin quedó, pero al querer hacer la prueba de abrir con huella, tarjeta y llave la manija de afuera no funciona, es decir no permite abrir... Espero me contacte la marca para dar una solución o apoyo y si no haga la devolución de nuevo.Le pongo tres estrellas porque el producto NO es compatible con Alexa en México, la skill no está disponible. Fuera de eso el producto se percibe resistente, es fácil de instalar y usar. No lo regreso porque se puede abrir a distancia con el uso del Gateway.Podría ayudarme no sé si está mal instalada pero la manija de afuera al girar no abre.
