Never thought I'd need or want to carry my phone around on a lanyard. But, life always has surprises in store. I recently had hip replacement surgery and decided that I didn't want to be without my phone if I should stumble, fall or whatever during recovery. This eliminates that problem. Although I don't wear it all day long, there are instances where when using my walker, my hands aren't free to carry my phone. And not all women's slacks have pockets.The cord is soft and easily adjustable to whatever length you prefer. I didn't stick the tether tab to the phone or my phone case. If, as recommended, I attached it to the phone case, it seemed to very slightly block the charging port. If I flipped it, the charging port seemed to be uncompromised. And I didn't want to stick anything on to my phone. With the case in place, the tether tab is secure and holds my phone to the lanyard. Would recommend.
